WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SHORELINE CELLULAR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shoreline Cellular and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in London, United Kingdom, in the English language.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Shoreline Cellular regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
